Netlog.exe is an executable program which can be found on randomly determined hosts by searching their file libraries. When used, it will send a message to the user who started it of any of the commands that are run on the host along with any connects to the host. It does not require root to run however the program syslogd.exe must be running on your local account.

The message format is:

%host: user: command

or for connects:

%host: login user from other host

%bionet: thechosen: run porthack

%oracle: login thechosen from apple

If you have loaded Netlog onto a host that does not have netlog already running in its process table, type "run netlog.exe".

To get Netlog.exe, locate a host with Netlog.exe available in the file list, and then transfer it to other hosts that do not have it.
